The Augusta Project, located in the Stonebriar neighborhood of Frisco, refreshes an early 2000s residence into a refined and thoughtfully designed home for a young family. Through a large-scale renovation, the spaces were reconfigured to create a more seamless connection between rooms while embracing the home’s expansive golf course views. The kitchen was transformed from an apartment-sized space into a generous gathering place complete with a breakfast nook, coffee bar, and fully custom bar featuring climatized wine storage designed to highlight the client’s curated collection. The bar also features a custom-engineered carved niche created to showcase the client’s bourbon collection, a thoughtful detail that feels as though it was always intended for the space. Throughout the home, updated paneling details and architectural enhancements bring warmth and continuity, creating a timeless and harmonious atmosphere. In the primary suite, the bathroom was reimagined with custom cabinetry and a dedicated vanity area, introducing a tailored blend of function and luxury. Each space was thoughtfully considered to support the family’s lifestyle, creating an inviting environment that reflects the way they live and gather.
