Braemar

Braemar is a Tudor cottage style home set on a large golf-course lot in Dallas, TX. When our client first approached us with the project, we were not sure what to expect. What we found was a home with lots of potential and a trusting client. This house had many disconnections, and with the help of architect, Eric LaPointe, we are creating a home that combines traditional details with modern elements. Braemar is an extensive remodel, leaving the same general layout of the home, but reorienting it to make better use of the provided space. This home will be perfect for hosting parties, but comfortable for it’s easy-going family. The client loves patina and appreciates imperfection of materials; allowing us to create a pleasing environment that is restful and inviting.
