Tokalon

Tokalon is a 1939 Tudor cottage located in the heart of the Lakewood neighborhood of Dallas, TX. Overlooking a beautiful prairie of native Texas grasses, the home is just a stone’s throw from White Rock Lake. What started off as a bedroom refresh has turned into a large-scale renovation and furnishings project. KFI has begun creating a flow that the house previously lacked. We adore the new formal living room, while considered formal, seems to be the new hot spot of the house for our client's teenage son. With views of nature and a new soothing palette, we are thrilled with how this house has been transformed into a home that reflects the sophistication but ease of our clients. We are currently working on a new addition to this home; a wonderful indoor-outdoor space appointed with a pool house and large covered outdoor living space.
